So let me get this straight... The sea folk, literal masters of the ocean, engage in battle on ships instead of just, I don't know, sinking them? Bold strategy. Nothing screams tactical genius like fighting humans on their own turf when you literally have the entire ocean at your disposal.

But hey, who needs logic when you have dramatic fights on wooden boats that conveniently don't get flipped over by creatures who live underwater?

And speaking of questionable decisions, does anyone else feel like The Witcher has been on a steady decline since Netflix got its hands on it? Geralt used to be the ultimate monster-slaying, brooding badass, but now?

3/10 for entertainment, 0/10 for strategic planning.

A fun and silly buddy comedy that doesn't take itself too seriously. Honestly, I can't even remember the last time I genuinly laughed at a comedy on any streaming platform. If you're into Workaholics which is by itself one of my fav or similar bromance-centric comedies, this will be right up your alley.

I also got a pleasant surprise with Conan O'Brien's cameo, especially since I've been listening to his podcast lately-it was a nice touch. Overall, it's a solid 6/10 for a fun, but don't expect anything groundbreaking. It's lighthearted, goofy fun, perfect for when you just want to unwind and laugh with your buddies.

I really wanted to like this, but nothing in this movie fits quite right. The child actress tries so hard, but her acting feels forced. The quirkiness of the whole premise doesn't resonate with the audience, unfortunately.

If they had incorporated more elements related to the title-like her being an actual bookworm-it might have created some meaningful connections and depth. Sadly, there's nothing here to tie the title to the story in any real way.

I'm not sure what the budget was, but it seems like most of it went into the panther CGI. Elijah is, well, Elijah-but even his performance doesn't add much value to the production. None of the characters are particularly likable or funny enough to carry the film. Overall, it's a disappointing watch.
