Good, light-hearted fun...but who was the actor playing Das - it's like someone won a competition on the back of a cereal packet to be in a major Hollywood/Netflix movie!
Agent Das aside, all the acting is spot on for this type of film . Reynolds, the Rock and Gadot are great together and, yes the plot is a little ridiculous but, honestly, if you are getting tied up in that you are watching the wrong movie and you probably need to lighten up a little. Maybe go be a professional movie critic as they all seem to continually struggle with the idea that a film could ever be made with the sole purpose of providing people with 90 odd minutes of harmless entertainment.

I am not someone who just rates any film I quite like 10/10 but it is hard to find any reason to mark this film any less.
There are many reviews on here that will tell you how superb, really superb, Sir Anthony Hopkins is in this film. And it really is a masterclass performance. So great that it means that Olivia Coleman's performance as the daughter struggling with her father's illness, and all that goes with it, is often overlooked - she too is characteristically first class throughout.
The film does as good a job as I have ever seen of putting the viewer in the unnerving and confused state of someone battling with confusion and memory loss by expertly playing with timelines, dialogue and characters.
This is a deeply moving and unsettling film, particularly for anyone who has had to deal with a parent with dementia - but just as a piece of filmmaking I think it is hard to find fault - a truly excellent film with outstanding performances throughout.

I understand that this film is not trying to win any Awards and it's just meant to be an Action flick for a bit of escapism....which is why I thought I would give it a go....but, it is just utterly mindless. The script and plot are offensively bad and packed full of cliches. Don't make the mistake I did and think "nah, that's fine...that's what I'm looking for right now"....you will just end up shouting at the TV and wishing you could get your 2 hours back.
