I watched this show while surfing the channels. For the hot main characters. And what ensued were hilarious flashbacks and real world stuff, with giggling 20 somethings, one of which just farted. A chick acting pregnant to get sex, only to end up being just fat (She also smokes and drinks while reading on pregnancy). The hot main character talking herself into dating a pot head, who ends up being, well a pot head. Lots of fun stuff, many things happening behind the action that needs to be re-watched to see...I am now hooked on this show. At first for the hot chicks, and now for the inside jokes only someone living in this kind of situation can get...Cant beat a show with jokes about hand jobs...
At first this show just seems like another long song and dance kid show. But it brings you in, not in that "I am learning something" vibe. More in you want to see what is coming next. It doesn't hurt that the female Hi 5's are all very pretty and not overly done up.
The production of this show is also great and minimal at the same time. For a butterfly they would keep one of the hi5's in their normal clothes plus a pair of wings. Same with the bee's and Grasshoppers.
This show may someday be a big hit, but it has along way to go before people start buying hi5 merchandise or going to the mall shows. I for one wont be surprised when the kids start wanting to do such things, this show seems to deserve it.
Oh and it also was genius to create a purple trouble making purple Octopus...

Love and a Bullet is a confused movie. At times it seems like a comedy with the use of the MF word more times in a sentence than any other word. But other times with its blood and violence it want to be a film trying to shock. All the while filled with philosophy that doesn't make sense to anyone and they note it. As love story starts to form, you feel small moments. You feel for Bishop on thanksgiving but then it becomes a comedy of errors again. This movie could have been better if it decided what it was before it decided who should die.
