I was so impressed with the creativity of the chefs in this show. To be able to come up with the meals they created given the pantries they had and the ingredients that kept diminishing was amazing. I also loved all the judges and knew most of them and really respect their opinions. What ruined the show for me was the ridiculous host. I admit I am totally unfamiliar with him, but I thought a show like this with such creativity of chefs and such esteemed judges deserved more than an overacting joke of a character for a host. I found him intolerable. The only reason I stuck with it was because of the talent of the chefs they had on the show. They really amazed me every week. And now we have one week left. I'm anxious to see who wins but all that are left are definitely worthy. I would love to see this come back for another season with a more serious host. I found this guy to be an insult to the integrity of the show.

...But a last minute switch up has me til the end. I was here for one person and one person only in this group. And trying to tolerate the host has been nearly unbearable week after week. The show has no chance for another season if they don't change that one situation. That is why the rating is only half of what it could be.
