It has good looking people. It has what could have been a great storyline. It however had the worst writing ever, and characters so u likeable I hit fast forward. What grown adult out of school throws a tantrum on the floor like a 4 year old because her housemate won't take her on a drive in his car?
What grown adult with children acts like that woman who runs that house? What's with all of her bad crocheted headwear? What's with her immature behaviour leeching money from everyone?
Why does ever kdrama involve people hitting each other ALL THE TIME??!
I've seen better. This could have been so much better. I feel sorry for the good actors who agreed to be in this badly written.... thing.

Very monotonous and soporific story I had a great expectation from this kdrama. Right from the 1st episode the acting was mediocre. Dialogues were mediocre, dialogue delivery was pathetic. The story or drama between the main characters were annoying. Still I thought since its 1st episode as the story build the plot will get interesting. But again the episode 2 was same annoying with pathetic acting and forced comedy. I had my patience and went for 3rd episode nothing improved Female lead dialogues and acting felt like she had a lot to learn or the script writer has a very pathetic script and dialogue. The lead actress role was of a dumb role we expected some strong acting and performance. The male lead was even more pathetically annoying. He could hear a music thats comes from actress locket and just like spell bound he follows the music and meet the actress and fell for her. The expression of actress was just like a dumb what emotions she was showing god only knows.
I felt the director and script writer were forcebily trying to build a story with silly annoying dialogues and acting. Such dialouges and stories we used to watch 10-15 years back.
Over all looks like the scripts, dialogues nd directors direction made this KDrama a disaster.
Over all every thing in this KDrama was much below average. Flop story. Pathetic acting. Below average direction. And very annoying dialogues and dialogue delivery.

Park Ji-hu plays Gim Bom a student that is a talented songwriter whose mother died in a mysterious car accident. A new student at her school Sa-gye (Ha Yoon-joon) had a cornea transplant but went on to become a famous pop star with a group called the crown. He has returned to education because after an altercation with his manager he is fired from the band. We learn over time why the two leads have underlying links from the past. Once at school we have the usual bullying and drama as bonds and bands are formed. I have given it a 7 but it is closer to 6.5 as even though the acting and interactions between the cast are good the plot is incredibly weak and childish.
I started watching Spring of Youth without much expectation, thinking it would be just another typical coming-of-age drama-but it completely caught me off guard in the best way possible. The storytelling flows so naturally and beautifully, with a perfect balance of warmth, humor, and emotional depth. The characters feel real and relatable, each with their own growth and struggles, and the plot never feels dull or predictable. It captures the bittersweet essence of youth-the confusion, the excitement, the small moments that shape who we become. A refreshing and heartfelt series worth watching 😍😍
