Over 6 40 min episodes we follow the life of news journalist Bjørn Hallstrøm, an exceptional character, seen through the eyes of his son. The strength of the piece is it can be seen in so many ways.
You can watch this as a gripping father-son story, the story of a crazy life, to see how several outstanding news pieces were made, as a spy story or as about how media is manipulated by intelligence servies across the world. Amazingly it will be good from all angles.
This is must see TV, and anyone will be left with something memorable spending the 3 hours it takes to watch Agenten - Pappas liv og løgner,l from start to finish.
