50 Cent fans at the London stop of the rapper’s “Final Lap Tour” got a surprise when the rapper welcomed Ed Sheeran onstage to perform “Shape of You.”

Moments later, Sheeran emerged from underneath the stage — sans acoustic guitar — as the familiar open chords from his 2017 megahit “Shape of You” chimed in. Screams of excitement from concertgoers filled the arena as they were told by 50 Cent to “turn it up even more!” Sheeran watched the rest of the set from the crowd, rapping along to hits like “In the Club.”

Kay Mellor, one of the pre-eminent UK TV dramatists of her generation, has died suddenly aged 71.

The creator of Band Of Gold, Fat Friends, The Syndicate and In the Club was the driving force behind Leeds-based Rollem Productions.

Hannah Waddingham has signed with CAA for representation in all areas, Variety has learned exclusively. She continues to be repped by manager Nick Todisco at Atlas Artists, U.K. agent Peter Brooks at Cam, and publicist Annick Muller at Wolf Kasteler PR.

Waddingham currently stars in the critically-acclaimed Apple comedy series “Ted Lasso” in the role of Rebecca Welton, the owner of AFC Richmond. She recently won her first Emmy for her role in the show, picking up the statuette for best supporting actress in a comedy. Waddingham also won a Critics’ Choice Award and a Hollywood Critics Association Award for her work on the show.

“Ted Lasso” was nominated for 20 Emmys at this year’s ceremony, ultimately winning seven. Along with Waddingham’s win, the show won for best comedy series while Jason Sudeikis and Brett Goldstein won for best actor and best supporting actor in a comedy respectively.

Painful in both its moral ambiguity and subject matter, The Club is a brave, profoundly unsettling piece of filmmaking.

The title character in “James White” is a good guy who sometimes behaves badly. As a 21-year-old New Yorker, though, James (Christopher Abbott) isn’t atypical of his demographic when he, for example, drinks and takes drugs and dances until morning, as we see in the disorienting and slightly nauseating opening scene. In the club, James is heavy-lidded and obviously high, with the dance floor’s rap beat easily drowning out “Don’t Let the Sun Catch You Crying,” which he’s listening to through headphones. The opinionated comedian returns to the channel of the same name for a second series of thoroughly modern dilemmas. This week he contemplates the absurdity of recycling pornographic magazines, and reveals what happened when he decided to develop pictures from an old-fashioned camera.

Harry at 30: ITV, 8pm

The fourth in line for the throne hits the big three-oh later this month, and this documentary takes a look back at Prince Harry's tumultuous life thus far. The hour-long special examines the popular red-headed royal with new insight gained from interviews with friends, military colleagues, royal correspondents, and... Joss Stone.

Though it promises to cover the scandals (weed smoking, Nazi uniform and strip billiards among them), the programme will also follow Harry's current project: setting up an Olympics-style sports tournament for wounded soldiers.

In the penultimate episode of the gripping antenatal drama, Jasmin (Taj Atwal) is in labour and in doubt over the father of her unborn child. Whether it's Dev (Sacha Dhawan) or Jack (Will Tudor), the baby's skin colour will soon reveal all.
