Warum Siegfried Teitelbaum sterben musste

This comedic crime thriller had me hooked from the opening scene. We always see hitmen from purely serious angle. Teitelbaum really changes that up in a refreshing way. Director Axel Steinmüller has really made a mark with this film. I can't wait to see what he does next!

While reading the title, I started to smile... sounds different to mainstream and finally this one is really surprising.

Lots of fine homage to famous movies, action, fun, kinda slapstick scenes and a "red thread" is "the usual suspects", which I really love, but there are lots of them to find for the viewers. Very good music, really entertaining, always showing different paths and finally a surprising finish... and all with quite unknown actors and only a few hot shots.

Great job and thanks to all; I felt very well entertained and can only recommend this movie... ;-)

...A joy of playing, great pictures and great attention to detail. Add to that...a wonderful Michael Mendl (one of Germay´s great charactor actors), whom you have probably never seen as a singer in a wicked bar.

Well the film is a masterpiece of cinematography. I haven't seen a film so clever in it's use of camera and effects. The plot is inventive, funny and surreal. The writer certainly knows how to write for females.

I really don't want to spoil this for you. But trust me you have never seen a film like this before!

Finally a german movie without standard story line of german movies. A diverting story with a good portion of funny humor within an gangster story. Until the very end of the movie it´s not clear what happened. Go and watch it.
