Alien Encounters: Fact or Fiction

I'm still working my way through the episodes, but this is a lot of fun! Chrissy and Mitch are excellent choices for hosts. They seem to be cast in strict, defined roles for the show, and I wonder if, in future seasons, they could be allowed to break out of that a bit. I would also love to hear an ongoing long-form podcast co-hosted by them. (Does that already exist!?) Also: absolutely LOVE the slow editing pace. Most shows in this genre move too fast, so THANK YOU to whoever made that stylistic choice. Fantastic production quality all-around. Love the choice of filming in that bar, which is a great vibe! Looking forward to watching the rest of this season.

As with most shows at the start they're trying to find their footing and as the season progressed Chrissy and Mitch really came into their element and you could see the chemistry of the two personalities mesh together.

I like the approach of having two different opinions and having a open discussion, they both bring alot to the show and I am most definitely looking forward to second season!

If they do a second season it would be really cool if they went into the field and maybe even touch base with some of the hopie people in the area etc.

Great show overall, and a great team that listens to people while also approaching things in a manner where they're not jumping to conclusions!!

So I was curious. I like the idea people coming up with a witness experience, but trying to prove it with a 'real' investigation is something that is been poorly done in this series. However I was fascinated so far. But... some people found Pure Aluminum on crash sites and it is shown as something amazing, hardly used etc. But if yoh truly dive into what Pure Aluminum is than you'll discover this is not as rare as they want you to believe. In fact it is used in heating and cooling systems for conducting electricity... oh well maby someone buried a cooler after drinking some beers in a desolate desert to cool off? Or left his trailer behind with a heater in it during wintertime?

If you want brainless amusement, then go see this, but for serious stuff, avoid this as much as you can.

Investigations are resolved in a childish and predictable manner, leaving no room for suspense or intellectual stimulation. For those who have read or heard about UFO experiences before, this series feels like a watered-down rehash of better material. It might entertain small children or adults entirely new to the subject, but for anyone seeking depth, originality, or a fresh perspective, it falls short. The show ultimately lacks the intrigue and complexity that make UFO stories captivating, reducing fascinating concepts to a bland and uninspired format.
