El gran diluvio

This was a very well done tale mostly told through visualization and with a great deal of sophistication. Those who cannot interpret what they see and must be explicitly told what they were looking at, will not enjoy this story. A good example of this is the changes made to main character's tee-shirt as she relives story iterations. You see it. You are not told about it. If you didn't see that you didn't watch the movie at all. The Marvel universe will better fulfil your needs. Likewise, those who have no idea about how AI works internally, will not understand any part of the story. A Disney production would be more along your lines of interest. Despite the fact the story is about acquiring feelings, those who interpret the world through 'feels' will be completely lost and confused. Not recommended for you folks at all.

Visually, the effects were stunning as was the acting. The story is very similar in many ways to the Alicization story arc of Sword Art Online, which was rated by most viewers far higher than this story. The reason for this is most likely due to the sophistication and open mindedness of its viewing audience. If you like SAO then you'll like and understand and enjoy this story without issue. Kudos to the actors. All of them were amazing. This was finely woven story telling with elements of science fiction. If you like to think, then this movie is for you.

I expected great things , and was so excited to see it. I found it abit confusing at times it disappointed me , wasn't awful but wasn't great either , real shame . Good acting skills.

Started promising.

Worth watching once at least.

I went into this expecting very little. Just a decent disaster movie that does just enough to entertain me.

It starts out pretty intense, where we follow this mom and her son trying to survive «the great flood». Then it does a 180 and turns into a sci-fi movie.

I am assuming pretty much the entire movie is shot in a «green screen stage/studio». The VFX is impressive for its (i would hope) low budget. But not impressive enough to be totally immersive.

Its a good effort, but I fear the movie is overambitious yet somehow lacking in plot and overall execution.

The lead character, An-na, is the only thing keeping it from being a total disaster.

I read some reviews that talked about the fact that most people reviewed this film negatively because in this film there is a clear change of direction that they didn't like! Ok I didn't like the film for this reason but if the film is well made I still consider it a good film, in this case there is a really interesting idea in the film but really difficult to swallow, why? In this film we're not talking about things that could happen in tens of years or hundreds of years, here we're talking about things that maybe, and I say maybe, will happen in thousands of years and I'm not just talking about AI but I'm also talking about the technical construction sector, in my opinion they've gone too far, here they're talking about an incredible technology that is truly light years away in the present day, this is really difficult for me to swallow perhaps to watch this film you shouldn't be too pretentious because nothing about AI is in the film that rides the wave! What I wonder is what need was there to include this tear-jerking story between mother and son that didn't tear me away, perhaps theirs was just one of many different stories that ultimately have no purpose? To make humanity better, to make us better? Well I don't know, maybe only the person who wrote it knows.

I am not into korean movies or series but this one caught my attention. I was shocked to seing this movie got a very low rating but by reading the reviews i understand that some people hate the characters because of its behavior. While that might not be the actors fault they did a really great acting on the characters they supposed to act. What im shocked most is the editing of the flood and all of the VFX they have put into making this movie. I mean from the water physics, explosion and also IN SPACE. All of them look surreal and not many movie production can do that. The story might be a 6/10 for me but the editing really bumps up my points for this movie.
