Main goal is to just collect 24 Effects and drop them into Nexus. Effects are fun gimmicks to use.

There are 12 worlds to explore, but there are more secret locations to find in each realm.

No need to worry about loud jumpscares, because the game is more focused on creating atmosphere. Gameplay might get slow at times, but it's not that big of an issue.

This game is good for casual players and explorers at heart. A great classic for RPG-Maker genre. As for the story, it is left for your imagination.

Really made me rethink my path of life. The trippy Aztec art style, amazing music, and easy gameplay make this a hit with me and my 7 year old sister. The ending is really sad however. The best part is that no context is given so you can interpret what is happening. I myself have made bit of a timeline.

One of the best, if not the best, games ever made in RPG Maker. It is the father of many games today, such as Undertale and Omori. All thanks to the creativity of this 2004 game. The experience is incredible, with many beautiful but also strange elements. It has a perfect soundtrack and great mechanics. It has a very disturbing ending, but also an ending with peace and a completed objective. I love the aesthetics of going to sleep and solving puzzles in your dreams and getting effects in your dreams to continue in the game. I finished the game 3 times, all in 2024, and I can say that it is a great game for those who enjoy exploring and enjoy bizarre and psychedelic stuff. I can say that it is easily one of the best games I have ever played. I love Yume Nikki and I love the mysteries in the game.
