Ambush at Devil's Gap

I watched this CFF movie for kids on German TV way back in the late 1960's and am hoping till this day that it will get released on DVD. All I remember is that it was filmed in Scotland next to a castle and it was quite suspenseful. I enjoyed it very much and when German TV channel Pro7 aired many old CFF films again in the winter, spring and summer of 1989, I was hoping and waiting for this one and for "Fourwinds Island", but in vain. By the time I had written to Pro7 and received an answer, they had already changed their format and from that time on it was all new TV productions. Too bad!

I shouldn't really review this as I have never actually seen the whole film despite having acted in it. It was an incredible experience and I am glad someone has reviewed it . Thanks! PLEASE CAN IT BE RELEASED ON DVD - I know loads of people who would buy it just to have a laugh at me as a teenager. !!! I tried 6 years ago to come up for a viewing but was told that that was not possible as there was only 1 copy in the archives. Still hoping Deane Gardiner ( Jamie)😇
