Bill Graham is a dreamer. He loves all things American and despite being a care home worker, he still believes he can make it as an international motivational speaker. His boss at the care home does not share Bill's passions. After 'busting' him practicing on the residents, Bill gets laid off.

Not to be deterred, Bill launches into his first You Tube movie - shot by his very shakey mother and he organises his first gig at a local community centre - 'Master Motivator' is born.

The night arrives and he seems to be playing to a full house! However, he didn't bank on a Mr Motivator fan club arriving, expecting a six foot black fitness guru to step out from the shadows. The evening goes downhill from this point - only to be made worse by seeing how bad his You Tube video is (you can mainly see his mother's slippers).

A new day dawns, Bill's video is so bad, it is good and with over one million hits, it is prescribed viewing amongst young and old. He is packing them in at his 'I feel fantastic' gig - strictly over 60's only.

His catch phrase? "If you think you can.........you can!"
