This meets all the criteria of a bad film: a bad script, bad casting, bad direction and very bad acting. There apparently is a big demand for rom-coms and a lot are made in Canada and some are very good. Then there are a lot of films like this one that are very bad.
This script seems like it was written in one day or two at the most. Holly Deveaux can't act, she's just annoying to watch and listen to. The rest of the cast are tolerable. Don't know where the director was when this film was being shot, maybe this film didn't have a director and everyone did their own thing which explains it. Having good looks doesn't mean someone can act. If acting is your passion, go to drama school.

The plot was ridiculous. Why would you trust people you're not close with to plan your wedding?
Well anyway..... The male lead did fine. He was somewhat believable with the script he was given. The bride and groom didn't seem to be the sharpest tools in the shed. For bosses and executives they seemed a little ... well , not smart. The female lead was annoying at best. Her character was either ridiculous or the acting was. Either way she was irritating. It was hard to watch her. There was nothing sincere about her. So either the script was that bad or she was. It got 5 stars for not having the token gay a lot of movies seem to think they need.

The movie starts out fine. Nicole is quirky and funny and sarcastic. Matt is a good match and it's enjoyable, though nothing new. Still the same co-wedding planners, promotion, etc, kind of story
When the conflict arises towards the end, I figured out what it was about right away.
I thought that Nicole's behavior wasn't like her. She needed a few days to figure it out?? How about a few minutes?
It ended predictably, and rushed. And I was distracted in the last 20 minutes, first by the horrible hairdo given to Nicole. Weird parting, half-braided, and messy long hair. Parts of her scalp showed.
And second, by her boss's horribly fitted and styled wedding gown. After seeing the pretty gowns earlier in the movie, this was the one chosen?? Side bodice holes and openings were unattractive to the actress with an unusually large bosom. I thought she might fall over at some point.
Poor acting was more noticable at the end.
I don't expect a lot from these movies, but this just wasn't consistent. Weak ending.
I gave it a 5, because of the distractions, lol.

The acting was so bad ... stilted, unnatural, overdone by every actor, so if that is what the director wanted and/or accepted, that's a big issue.
The script was heavy-handed and the physical comedy wasn't funny. Oh, I have to whisper because of this wedding, despite the fact I've been talking at normal volume and it's been fine, because I'm 60 feet away. Oops, I bumped into the waiter with a tray of glasses and everyone turned around. So, of course, I don't apologize to him. Instead, I'll yell my apologies to the wedding. And then interrupt them a second time. That should be funny!
The characters were all one-dimensional.
How did they get Drew Seeley, who has been in movies before, to be in this mess?
I want my 9 minutes back.

No doubts, one of the most easy ronces in Hallmark style. Saved by the presence and effort of main actors to save a very unrealistic story with a far to be inspired solution for the tension moment.
But the portrait of Michael , offered by, Drew Seeley, preserving few crumbs of Carey Grant-like romantic roles, the dilemmas of Nicole proposed by Holly Deveaux, in a tak absolutely absurd are decent points for an end so predictable than it seems the only motif to see the film.
But the consolation is the gift from real stars, the corgis.
In short, nothing bad or good. Only another Hallmark, with same formulas and run to a so familiar end, in this case, almost improvised.
