This is a smart, goofy comedy about a relatable, awkward Aussie lawyer ("solicitor") who knows what she's doing but doesn't know how to behave, or does and refuses. It's hard to tell if she's smart and patronizing or just not really bright, but she's unusual and funny. I enjoyed it and hope it will gel a bit more for an even better second round. Recommended!
I haven't watched much of Kitty Flanagan's comedy work before this, and I have really been missing out!
This show is well-written and performed. It's very witty and many of the characters resemble folks we've all met in our daily lives.
I don't live in Aus and only found out about this show by chance. I recommend it to all. Hunt it down and enjoy!

Wife and I stumbled across this series and thought, why not? Glad we did. Took a period of adjustment though. We live in the US. In Connecticut. Our connection with Australia, it's people and their humor is non-existent. So, the pacing, outlook and phrasing of the show seemed...well...foreign. Fortunately, Kitty Flannigan is ingratiatingly quirky enough to pull us through and then in to the series. She's the show. Her reactions to the everyday crap she encounters are human and full of humor. This is not highbrow stuff. But it is thoughtful and seen through the eyes of a flawed, coping fellow human. So, it's relatable. And funny. Sometimes hilarious. And, yes, still a tad confusing. But worth the watch.

With 'Colin From Accounts' hopefully getting a second series, the Aussie comedies coming to the UK at the moment are from a rich vein of humour. I love the sarcasm in this especially from the title character, boss Ray has a brilliant nonchalance bordering on incompetence, Roz is just the right side of the likeable/unlikeable line and George is played wonderfully, mixing an unlikeable, modern woke-ness with a fine level of dimwittedness. The running jokes are funny and each weekly story is hilarious. More please from the land Down Under. I sincerely hope we're very a third series. Kitty Flanagan is a brilliant comedy actress and writer. I'd love to see more from her.
I giggled through this whole series. Binge watched all 6 episodes in one night. Typical understated Aussie humour.
If you're looking for canned laughter and "obvious" humour, this is NOT the show for you.
I can't wait for Season 2.
But then... Season 3, Episode 3 and that deads**t Sam Campbell makes an UNwelcome appearance. It almost cost them a star 🌟
