Susan: [everyone is frantically running around trying to find a way out of the house] It doesn't want us to leave.

Chase: [standing in front of a window, turns and walks towards Susan] What'd you say?

Susan: It doesn't want us to leave.

Chase: What doesn't want us to leave?

Susan: I mean c'mon Chase, haven't you figured it out, there is some serious shit going on in this house!

Chase: [sarcastically] You just now figured that out? I mean, what, you think it's like ghosts or something?

Susan: No, no, not like ghosts. Ghosts usually want people to leave, this wants us to stay.

Chase: Ok, so what do you think it is?

Susan: This house has some serious bad spirits in here.

Sean: [face in hands, then bringing them down, shaking them] Ghosts, spirits, you have got to be kidding me!

Jessica: Well then, I mean, how do you explain it, Sean?

Sean: There's no logical explanation for any of this!

Jessica: [looks at Sean] Does there need to be?

Sean: Hell yes, everything in this world has a logical explanation!

[starts backing away from Jessica]

Sean: And if you guys are saying that there's ghosts in this house, well then, they would want us to leave, right?

Jessica: Didn't you hear Susan? It's not ghosts!

Will: Whatever's in here, it's nothing but bad karma!

Sean: Bad karma? Ghosts and spirits? C'mon guys, you guys have lost your minds completely!
