Very watchable thriller

I dont usually like horror movies (very susceptible to a jump scare) but actually had so much fun watching this. Its a great (albeit very triggering) time capsule of 2020 and the fears and paranoias associated with that time. I was on the edge of my seat for most of the movie.

The dialogue is surprisingly funny for a scary movie. I laughed at times, screamed at others, but ultimately had a hell of a time. A few jump scares so a great at-home watch for me. I would say it leant more suspense than true horror which is a positive for me.

After this i'm super excited for whats next for the Baer brothers.

Captivating and surprisingly funny

My girlfriend loves suspenseful thrillers and Modern Family so I agreed to watch Dont Log Off with her, we trade of who picks the movie. And I have to say it was surprisingly funny and actually a bit scary. I jumped a few times hahah. The storyline moved quickly albeit the end felt a little rushed. I found the 2020 niche jokes very refreshing hard to believe that was over 5 years ago!! Adam was our favorite character but the whole cast felt like my friend group! Definitely watch until the end to see the behind the scenes credits, very cool to learn how it was filmed during lockdown of 2020, wish I knew that going in tbh.

Like attending a virtual Zoom party gone horribly wrong

A ironically fun, creepily nostalgic, AND bloodlessly terrifying horror film! We found ourselves shouting at the characters on the Zoom screen as if we were also attendees at this surprise party that turned into a SHOCK for all. I could easily see this becoming a cult classic! I especially admired the clever use of technology by the savvy characters in their desperate quest to save a missing friend.

Captivating thriller with laughs along the way

I was truly sucked into the world of Don't Log Off from the very beginning and remained intrigued with every twist and turn! So impressive how it was all filmed during COVID! Loved the characters and the jokes interspersed throughout the horror movie. What a fun journey and looking forward to watching again!

Solid, Inventive Thriller

I'm not the biggest blood and guts or supernatural horror movie person, so really enjoyed watching this movie. It feels like a throwback to a classic suspense thriller but with a modern sensibility. The mystery kept me guessing and it was an entertaining ride the whole way through. Can't believe the cast and crew was able to film most of this thing at the height of 2020!
