Everything is good. Except music. While watching the series you will miss feluda theme music a lot. At least I do. If they can add original feluda theme music it will be great.

Frankly after watching the trailer I was disappointed, mainly due to pathetic BGM. 5 minutes within start of the S1 E1 it was clear that Feluda is back. What a superb Title track, goosebumps all over. Thanks to the director, Srijit, for such an awesome selection of cast including Feluda. Tota portrays the nostalgic character with perfection. At times the make-up of Tota seems a bit odd but it gets shadowed by such a performance. Anirban as Jatayu seems very natural, he don't have many dialogues but each and every one he has makes you laugh including mispronunciation as "kandarikar". Must mention about the efforts of Joy Sarkar about the perfect background music. If you are still thinking whether to watch or not? Just give it a shot, worth spending 150 minutes (6 episodes * 25 minutes average) during these holidays. Waiting for the season 2 now and hopefully more seasons in future.

Tota is good. I liked his way of lighting the cigarette, reminds me of the iconic feluda Soumitra Chatterjee. Tota's personality matched Ray's creation. Srijit Mukherjee's "Feluda ferot" is better than most of Sandip Ray's feluda movies.

A much needed change from the mainstream Sandip Ray's one-sided "early plot revealed" storylines. Director Srijit Mukherjee has handled this mini-story, in his own signature style. The plot has been handled extraordinarily well dragging the storyline to six episodes each with an average of 25-30 mins runtime, not even once the audience has been let down. Acting has been very good with the veteran Tota Roy Choudhury pulling off ,one of the perfect Feluda in the modern times. Topshe and Jatayu has been a good addition and supported the actor well. Other actors like Rishi Kaushik, Arindam and Dhritiman played superbly their own roles. The outdoor set has been tremendously shown. The usage of drone cameras has been fruitful. The storyline dating back to the 1970s, has been portrayed exactly without the use of modern day gadgets. The dialogue delivery has been riddled with easter eggs with all things related to different Feluda storylines. Last but not the least, the music has been surprisingly good and peppy, especially the theme song but yes, we missed the signature tune. In all, a must watch for all Feluda lovers all over the world.
