"Walnut Tree" is one of those films that was made at the right time, and this shows the ingenuity of its creator. In a situation where the country is in a historic moment, the Mahdavian film is against oblivion. It reminds us of what a horrible phenomenon war is and how it sacrifices innocent people. "Walnut Tree" is an anti-war film. A humane and breath-taking film. The deep bitterness that comes from the reality of war. First, the film is written based on a true story, and the director wrote his film quite realistically. Peyman Maadi has played the right story about the character of the heroic man who plays his role.

Great it is and that's all

I think that everyone in the world have to watch this movie cause this is the best Iranian movie that I ever watched. Even though I'm Iranian there are a few movies that I watched and I'll Watch them again & again cause they're awesome. The music is really good, and actors act really well, and story I can't describe that how it drowned me. Everyone in the world please watch this movie but don't watch it as a guy who says its an Iranian movie and I'm sure its a trash, watch it as a human.

Best movie in the history undoubtedly It shows what Sardasht people have been through I'm absolutely speechless Best movie ever. I've never seen something like this before. It's even better than Chernobyl

War Crimes

This movie is the voice of the voiceless, the voice of those who underwent this genocide and are forgotten in the history. The last time a movie made me cry was Schindler's List (1993), and I cried with this one too.

My respect to those who made a contribution in making this masterpiece.
