Not just another horror film

Honestly surprised that this is the first film by Mr. Rimi. I am not a fan of this Genre, but caught the iPossessed Comedy Tour at a local bar and decided to give the movie a shot. The plot/storyline was well thought out and the characters/acting were way above other indie films I have seen. Actually, the characters/acting was a lot better than some a lot of the big budget films I have seen. The through line of forgiveness, regret and the demons that haunt us all, made this horror film relatable to me. Don't get me wrong I had a few jumps and "oh boy"s, but this is not just a slash and kill horror film, it brings the audience in and has enough hidden gems, it makes you want to watch again to see what you missed. Nice work.
