I was fortunate enough to catch this film at the Malibu Film Festival and was taken by surprise. From the first frame I was impressed with what Jonathan did to bring back the cult feel to this BIG little film. His choices were perfect and the film punched everyone with laughter. Making short films that work is a difficult task, and Jonathan pulled it off. If you are a fan of cult films you may catch the tributes Jonathan made to films we grew up with. I look forward to the expanding mind of this maniac who makes me laugh. This film is all over the map and you can catch it on line, but it works so well on the big screen! SEE THIS MOVIE!!!

I saw Gay By Dawn as part of a series of short comedy films at Comic-Con. Out of the eight I saw, Gay By Dawn was the best. so good that I went out of my way and emailed Johnathan London after the Con as to how I could get a copy. I purchased one within a few days and a number of my friends love the movie as well. The actors are beautiful, they are the exact fit for the parts. The "bad horror film" atmosphere is hilarious, The soundtrack will stick with you for days. This was a project for a MFA film degree done with a small budget over a short period of time and yet comes off wonderfully polished and professional. He knows his limits and limits it to one major physical place. It's a wonderful parody of campfire ghost stories.
