Narrated by the fantastic Michael Hordern, this series brings to life each of the short stories in a charming yet funny manner. I would definitely recommend it to children and it's one of those rare kids' shows that adults can enjoy just as much.
10/10: Short segmented episodes and good voice acting makes it lack repetition and is always enjoyable.

"Paddington Bear" was a big thing, even before the films came out! So this TV show had to live up to high expectations. But it smashed all expectations! The classic feel 👌. The story telling 👌. The practical effects 👌. Everything was to die for! Paddington in this looks so cute. The way how they keep it so accurate by basically just reading the book is just *chef's kiss*. What more can I say. If you've got kids or you're a die-hard Paddington fan, this is definitely for you. If I had to rate this, it would be a solid 9 out of 10! Practical effects are amazing in this show, controlling Paddington's puppet. Storytelling is on par with the films of today. Definitely watch this NOW!
I do admit I have a thing for nostalgia, and I loved Paddington when I was a kid. At 18, I still love it now, it is absolutely wonderful. And I agree with the previous reviewer, it is better than the children's shows of today, which are either bad or once good shows now mediocre. I didn't feel there was a wasted moment watching Paddington, it was whimsical, charming and funny. I always loved the characters, cute and endearing Paddington, Mr and Mrs Brown and the hilarious Mr.Curry("BEAR!"). The look of the series is superb, and the music is excellent. I also loved the story lines and Paddington's situations and the narration by the wonderful Michael Hordern. There are so many things to like about Paddington, it is a wonderful show. 10/10 Bethany Cox
I remember as a kid watching this when it used to air on the show "Pinwheel." I loved each of the adventures Paddington Bear used get into, and the stop-action animation (think Gumby) made this show fun to watch! I hope children of today will get to experience this wonderful show...its a heck of a lot better then what kids are exposed to today.
