The movie straightly connects with the common atmosphere of human and the majority of them might be standing at one part either Murali, Venu, or Sita. Set up in a single hospital, mainly talks about the critical situation of the cancer patient, Venu but indirectly shows other patients in the hospital. Venu is being undertreated by Murali, the Ex. lover of Venu's wife Sita. Initially, it's a non-talkative and staring (in the sense Murali and Sita both haunt their past days) between them. Murali leads a bachelor's life completely dedicated to his work is struggling to recover Venu from his severe disease. The shaped in between the three of them and ends with an unexpected climax. The film had a wide range of appeal and that's why it was remade in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil.
