It's great to know that someone made a game concerned with gameplay and story (although there are a few plot holes) other than making a buggered up game filled with glitches (ie: Goldeneye). This game goes into detail with what was left out of the movie and puts you in a place to think like a spy instead of a psychotic killer. The missions are often difficult and, finally, includes stealth into the immortal 3D SHOOTER platform. The game requires you to think as opposed to Goldeneye and Perfect Dark. The true downside are the cartoon-like graphics and it's "loading screen". Other than that, this game sets the new standard for it's genre. 8/10
im commenting on the n64 version:
there are some aspects that TWINE has that Goldeneye does not:
1 Bots in Multi so u dont have to play single player all the time
2 Multiplayer is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much better than Goldeneye's
it has better modes like Capture the flag and king of the hill i would reccomend this to any bond fan dont rent this game ever BUY IT!
as for single player it is very nice though short but the graphics are very good and deaths are better
i give this game a 10/10

Nintendo version:The Nintendo version of this James bond game is pretty good because: The missions are fun to do they can be hard that makes it more fun to play the weapons you use are pretty good they have lots of action. The way bond looks is pretty good you can see pierce brosnan in him same with the rest of the characters in this game. The voice over actors are pretty good but it would have been better if piece brosnan was in it. Also the game follows the movie pretty much and a few added things here and there so that makes the missions more fun. Also the graphics in this game are pretty good for Nintendo 64.
Overall score ******* out of **********

I'm a fan of 007 video games and i must say this game was impressive. If you mixed this and goldeneye together, you get perfect dark. This game has the elements of a real James bond, but the graphics are the dumps. the characters are over sized and shapeless, and their mouths don't move when they speak - there's speech in this game, unlike goldeneye.
007 is trying to figure out who killed an MI6 agent. he goes to the only person who might know, and that guy gets shot. thus leading 007 on a trail of events.
007 has a nice gun, but that's not enough for him to save the world. He gets a bunch of nifty gadgets and gizmos to finish his job. he gets gadgets such as data scramblers, safe crackers, pen grenades, flash bangs, and everything a MI6 agent needs. But he needs the person with the controller to do his bidding perfectly.
This game is a 9/10 game. Rated T for Teen

Sometimes, in a tricky situation, I ask myself "What would Bond do?" Apart from the fact it has resulted in me getting slapped by lots of women, and a lot of broken bones, it been quite succesful. Anyway, on with the review.
After the downright AWFUL "Tomorrow Never Dies" game for the PSX, I wasn't particularly looking forward to the next installment. But I can safely say it beats TND in almost every way! This game returns to the first-person format of Goldeneye, after TND failed miserabely with a third-person view, and it works perfectly. It actually makes you feel like you're in the shoes of the great man himself. There's also plenty of guns, gadgets and beautiful women to play with, as well as lots of cutscenes from the movie, which blend in really well. The graphics are some of the best I have seen on any Playstation game as well. But now I must be the villian and point out the games bad aspects. The main problem is that it tries too hard to be a game that it's not. A classic example of this is the fifth level "Night Watch" where you must slip around Electra King's mansion in the small hours bugging telephones and tracing evidence. There's no real problem with that, except that the game tells you to be sneaky and use stealth on your enemies (which you can't kill) but this is a first person-shooter, not Metal Gear Solid!!!!!!! You can't BE sneaky, the game doesn't allow for it. It a shoot-em-up, plain and simple. Don't listen when the game tells you to be sneaky, just run out with your guns blazing and you'll still get through. A few other little gripes I have is that it's very awkward changing weapons, which should be quick and easy in this type of game. You can't re-enact that classic boat chase on the Thames (a real disappointment) and there's still no multiplayer, which could have worked well. Plus it could still be slightly longer. But despite these faults, the good points outweigh them. It's no Goldeneye, but an enjoyable enough shooter which is definetly worth buying even if your not a big follower of the guy who never has a problem with the women (so why aren't I as good as him.........)
+ Well Presented + Excellent graphics + A good range of weapons and gadgets to play with + It's Bond!

- Still not long enough - Tries too hard to be something it's not - No multiplayer!

¿Sabías que...?
- CuriosidadesDue to deadline problems, the producers of the game had to use the Quake engine to complete the game on time. This came about because the movie was in theatres longer than expected, forcing the company for which the producers worked to shorten the time to the deadline. As a result the game lacks the elaborate mazes, site bosses, and hidden clues that made its predecessors famous.
- PifiasWhen Bond tells everyone he ha to go pursue Bullion warning Renard, his wolfram p2k gun doesn't seem to be seen anywhere, but appears on the ground in the next shot.
