A strong drama covering a difficult subject. Erotic yet conveying strong emotion, the blend of both has been harnassed well by the director. Not for the faint hearted, this drama is challenging to watch.

The central theme is one man's (why is it always men?) disatisfaction with his love life. Rather than start an extra-marital affair, he wants to persuade his wife to involve herself in "swinging". Although strongly erotic in the middle, the drama is about the uncertainty of emotions and the visible scars developing to the relationship between husband and wife. Many hours discussion can follow with your partner if you watch this movie together. Compelling viewing.

A very unusual film, in that it deals with sex AND emotions in a beautiful and believable way. I failed completely to get annoyed by clichés and easy solutions. I also found myself really caring for the characters, which is always a good sign. Highly recommended. I wish there were more films like this. Also a good 'test' for couples - if this film raises sensitive issues, it would be a good idea to deal with them now. :-)
