Actor Topher Grace has officially joined Buddy, a unique horror movie from Too Many Cooks and Adult Swim Yule Log director Casper Kelly, per THR.

Grace joins previously announced star Emmy-nominated actor Cristin Milioti (“The Penguin”).

Naturally, plot details are being kept under wraps at this time, but it’s described as a “new experience in horror.” Kelly co-wrote the script with Jamie King, who previously worked on the Disney+ family movie World’s Best. Last week, it was revealed that Milioti is currently working on a different horror project, an independent horror thriller titled Buddy, from director Casper Kelly. Kelly was behind another viral sensation, the 11 minute short Too Many Cooks, which blew a lot of minds when it was released in 2014. Now, The Hollywood Reporter has broken the news that Milioti is joined in the cast of Buddy by Topher Grace (The Waterfront).

Details on the characters Milioti and Grace are playing have not been shared.

Williamson, known for projects such as Scream, Dawson's Creek, and The Vampire Diaries, among others, has brought a new TV series to Netflix. The Waterfront follows the powerful Buckley family, who run a fishery and restaurant in a small town in North Carolina. To escape their debt, the Buckleys get back into the drug trafficking game with a supplier named Grady (Grace), who turns out to be dangerously unpredictable.

During an interview with ScreenRant’s Ash Crossan for The Waterfront, Williamson explained that he wrote the character of Grady with Grace in mind. "I wanted someone who was so darn likable," the screenwriter said, "someone we knew to be so darn cute and funny and winning." The Ammy Virk starrer Punjabi comedy film, Saukan Saunkanay 2 has been enjoying a smooth run at the box office. For now, it is also enjoying the coveted position of the highest grossing Punjabi film of 2025. Here is taking a look at the box office performance of the movie on its 18th day.

On its 18th day, the Ammy Virk starrer earned 21 lakhs. This was a sharp drop of around 61% since the movie amassed 55 lakhs on its previous day. The total India net collection of the movie now comes to 16.83 crore.

However, the movie might end its theatrical run below 20 crores unless it shows a considerable amount of an upward graph in the coming days. It is also enjoying the position of the highest grossing Punjabi film of 2025 for now, with no major players at the Punjwood box office.

During Two and a Half Men‘s heyday, Charlie Sheen and Jon Cryer were raking in some hefty paychecks, and the former even stood out for becoming one of the highest-paid actors on TV in 2010. Reasonably, one would expect one of them to be one of the wealthiest actors to emerge from the sitcom, especially Sheen, who held the title for being one of the richest TV stars at one point.

Surprisingly, none of their riches hold a candle to Ashton Kutcher’s net worth, who, despite being a late addition to the sitcom, has managed to surpass his Cryer and Sheen in terms of net worth.

We have sad news from the world of music today as Rihanna’s father, Ronald Fenty, has passed away.

He was just 70 years old.

According to TMZ, Ronald passed away at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles this week.

New films include an untitled drama about the Elize Matsunaga case, in which Matsunaga killed and dismembered her husband—a case that was previously the subject of Netflix’s 2021 docuseries Elize Matsunaga: Once Upon a Crime. Netflix has also greenlit Fazenda Colonial, a Brazilian horror movie that follows a group of friends on an ill-fated trip to an old farm.

Teen crime drama Sintonia ran to five seasons and Netflix said its film spin-off will continue the story. The series has been the biggest franchise on Netflix’s Brazilian service.

Topher Grace has been praised by The Waterfront's creator for his commitment and performance in the upcoming Netflix series. Inspired by true events, The Waterfront depicts the struggling Buckley family running a fishing business in North Carolina. They have to resort to risky and drastic measures to keep their lives and empire afloat. The first images from The Waterfront have already been released, showing Mindhunter's Holt McCallany and Supergirl'sMelissa Benoist in their roles. Grace plays Grady, a shady man with a criminal past who offers the Buckleys a lifeline.

The sitcom – starring Topher Grace, Mila Kunis, Ashton Kutcher, Danny Masterson, Laura Prepon, Wilmer Valderrama, Debra Jo Rupp, Kurtwood Smith, Don Stark, Tommy Chong, Josh Meyers, Tanya Roberts, and Lisa Robin Kelly – premiered on August 23, 1998 and ran for eight seasons before ending on May 18, 2006.

A revival series, titled That ’90s Show, debuted on Netflix in January 2023 and seven of the original stars returned for the spinoff. Unfortunately, the spinoff was canceled after 2 seasons.
