The office Christmas party at Frost Advertising is, instead of being a gathering inspiring teamwork and camaraderie, a showcase of varieties of unprofessional workplace behaviour. Not only are employees of both genders ruthlessly scheming to pair off sexually, they are also getting very loaded on punch spiked with hard liquor.

The owner (Whitman) of the company tops it off with his own unprofessional contribution by handing the much sought after promotion of head of the Los Angeles branch to Michael Miller (Laughlin) - his son-in-law from the New York office.

Everyone there who was up for the promotion has the evening and the holiday season which follows to be disillusioned perhaps enough to take their talents elsewhere or suffer in silence.

The new branch manager turns out to be a real creep. In this milieu he fits in rather than setting a new tone needed to create a more professional work environment.

He gets handsy with Ashley (Welch) - the agency art director. She is not well-liked by female colleagues because she has bedded half the eligible guys there. Ashley is way cuter and has more 'game' than them. She is not believed when she complains.

Some movies are so bad they are fun. This is not one of them. It features acting of a quality generally to be seen in a Mexican soap opera. Producers for the direct-to-video market expectorated a lot of flicks like this one.

Tahnee Welch - while she happened to be Racquel Welch's daughter, more strongly resembled Jamaican actress Martine Beswick. She didn't remind audiences of her mother in the least. Tahnee's inability to get out of her mother's shadow had more to do with her lack of acting talent. The performance of Nia Peeples in a supporting role suggests she would have been a better choice than Welch to play the lead.

What I have to say about Ashley (played by Raquel Welch's daughter, Tahnee Welch) dying in that car accident from drinking and driving is that if Kay (played by Lee Anne Beaman) hadn't told Ashley to blame herself what her boss, Michael Miller (played by John Laughlin) did to her in the elevator at the office, she would be here now. She was desperate after taking her boss, Michael Miller to court for sexual harassment and then losing the case. If Kay hadn't told Ashley to blame herself for what happened to her in the elevator at work, she wouldn't have drove off drunk and ended up in that car accident.

I was playing cricket on my computer. This had been on for about 20-30 minutes in the background. If it had been less execrable I might have been able to ignore it for the full 90, however after a short time I could no longer fail to register that this is one of the worst films I've ever "seen". It beats "The Omega Man" into a cocked hat. It's noteworthy just for that!! Avoid at all costs. If you're reading this wondering whether to watch it or not, I'm sure there is a jar of screws somewhere in your garage which needs sorting into sizes. Or perhaps you would like to beat your head against a wall for 90 minutes. Although that might not feel quite as good when it stops.

This item, marketed as being a "psychological thriller", is devoid of thrills and requires scant astuteness to understand that psychology has no noteworthy function within its story that, although avowedly targeting the evils of sexual harassment, is in fact simply another fully clichéd tale of wayward lust, utilized here as excuse for young women to remove their clothing as they go about conducting plot-impelled affairs. Tahnee Welch plays Ashley, a young graphic artist of depicted loose morals who, in rather incongruous fashion, decides to withhold from her new supervisor Michael Miller (John Laughlin) those favours that she has proffered freely to others sharing her workplace, yet goes even farther by filing a lawsuit against Miller for his alleged sexual harassment of her. Shortly after losing her case due to lack of evidence, Ashley departs from the storyline, fortunately for viewers as Welch is a poor actress with a stunted emotional range and a proclivity for blurting her lines. During the movie's second half, Ashley's sister Kay (Lee Anne Beaman) replaces her as the primary female character in the scenario as well as in the prurient eye of Miller, with Kay nurturing a bold tactic of restoring her sister's stained reputation through a sirenic plan that she believes Michael will not be able to withstand. Beaman is the sole player in the film who manages to build a little something of value from a role, albeit her lines are equally as Johnny One Note dreadful as is all of the dialogue, most of which seemingly is written to force its simplistic meaning into skulls of viewers who may otherwise overlook a continuing stream of single entendres. Generic formulae are maintained throughout the course of this poorly scripted and directed affair that even conforms to that rule of scoring that requires a solo wailing saxophone during obligatory and hackneyed lovemaking activity, the purpose of which is presumably to harass sexually any of those watching who may be suffering from an extended period of puberty.

Well, this isn't certainly a good movie or anything but at least it delivers what insomniac moviegoers expect: fast paced story, hot women, cheesy dialogs, and the legal sub-plot that never fails.

The basic premise is about sexual harassment and sends a message for misogyny bosses. The legal aspects are treated slightly but we never fully get into details. The feminist message is well delivered.

Steven Bauer is very good as the lawyer and Tahnee is so hot it hurts. The cast is likable. The plot is just decent. Overall, this is an entertaining movie that should only be watched at midnight.

As an erotic thriller, it isn't that good. The sex amount is not high and not explicit. I expected to see more from Tahnee! Specially because she wears tight mini dresses or skirts.

Well I guess I expected a lot from a mediocre film.
