It's got something to it.

This is low budget sci-fi at its most o secure, but I think the fact it was relatively short made me not mind so much. A great deal of the time, I wasn't sure what I was looking at.

A story is hard to latch onto, too, since everyone communicates telepathically, represented by big bold letters flashing on screen. Confusing, but cool. It beats the more expected strategy of having internal voices being heard out loud.

Everything looks grimy and the music and sound effects are all very industrial. It's cool and unsettling to just look at and listen to, and if you can get a little out of whatever might be going on here, then that's possibly all the better. More power to you and stuff.
