Super Giant (Starman in USA films) continues his battle against the foreign terrorists from Merapolia who are trying to destroy Earth with nuclear weapons. They retaliate by framing him for murder among his allies.

The story from Super Giant continues. The foreign power mongers from Merapolia Labs continue their planned use of nuclear destruction to fuel a world take-over bid. Two members of their team push to recover valuable documents stolen by some Catholic school children during a fight between their agents and Starman. They force its hiding place out of the school's priest and kidnap the sister of the detective who has been working on their case. After returning the kidnapped boy to the school, Starman interferes with the next step in the gang's plans - he manages to ride along with two team members who will pick up the recovered documents. The agents holding the documents detect that something is wrong with the upcoming exchange, so they shoot the two gang members with Starman. When the police are summoned, Starman's story is not accepted. He is jailed under suspicion of murder. He waits until he is unobserved, bends the iron bars in his cell window aside, and flies to the production facility where the nuclear devices are being manufactured. He single-handedly brings down the whole operation. He moves towards the device that is threatening to cut off head of the detective's sister. As he loosens her bonds, wall sections drop around the pair before a bomb is tossed in. Starman shields her body during the blast. Afterwards, he returns her to the school children and heads back to the Emerald Planet. Part 2 of a two-part story.—Garon Smith
