Relentless

Movie ain't that bad..i dont get the more than humilliating rating. A movie is supposed to be watched and pass the time..not to be super analized like the masterpiece of the century. I haven't finished watching..but i repeat this is NOT trash it is a movie..maybe amateurish but is a decent watch. Enough with the snob.

First off, this isn't a horror movie. It barely counts as a dramatic thriller. More of a drama with a few semi-tense moments thrown in. At one point I had to back out of the movie to make sure I was correct about the genre.

The protaganist spends far too much time doing unimportant things. The area shes confined in seems to have none of the things you would think would be in that type of space (like more or heavier objects). At one point I was convinced the power of memories would be the solution to her most pressing issue, because nothing else was happening.

Credit goes to Rachel Weber. Silent roles aren't the easies to pull off, and I feel she didn't have a ton to work with. I thought the cinematography was solid. Only good things that come to mind on this one. If the Hallmark Channel starts airing "horror" films, this would be a top recommendation. If you want to watch a movie with a great slow burn plot that goes somewhere, skip this and watch Blue Ruin.

Watch this if you want to be bored rigid and depressed. You could video someone sleeping for 73 minutes and it would b better than this.

If u really want to watch the slowest movie this is for you. Wow this women spends all of this time in the basement and the basement starts to fill up with water and she cannot get out and all she does is think about her past. Not a movie for me or anyone else feeling sad. This movie will make u sad if u r NOT already. And the ending is the worse bc nothing comes out of it. Who ever made this WOW really. Some people should not even be able to make movies and this one should have NEVER been made. Move on DO NOT waste your time with this one. Come on people.

Relentless? Relentlessly boring maybe. This is the worst "horror" movie I've watched in a while. I, personally, wouldn't even call it horror. It is a drama at best. I'm upset I wasted time even watching this. It is boring and the main character makes some incredibly stupid decisions (even for a horror movie character). I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Not even someone I hate.
