Must watch for "GReeeeN" Fans. A good introductory film about popular masked dentist-singer band

"GReeeeN" is a popular Japanese band who rose to fame 10 years ago (2007) with a hit song "Kiseki" which is still popular as of now.

This film tells the story of how the band come into place - struggles of juggling with family's expectations and own's interests or dreams. When hitting a road block in chasing your dreams, should you keep fighting or give up. There's always an option and which path would you take, how your friends, families, lovers influence you along the way.

I myself is a GReeeeN fan, so my review might be biased, but I am sure there's something anyone can take away from this film. It's inspirational and motivational for those chasing a dream and making it work.

Two brothers realize their dream in various ways.

This movie is based on true story, so ending doesn't have big impact. However, there are various difficulties and various ways to realize each dream. It has reality and it gives many people dream and hope. Greeeen is famous singer group and most Japanese know the group. We can know how they become famous and their difficulties when we finish watching this film. The songs which are used in this movie are familiar with us and I realize that their songs are nice. This movie is described background of the publication of Greeeen mainly, so this is different from other band story and it's rare and interesting. There are many difficulties, but difficulties of brother' each dream are described mainly, so this story comes together.

Good enough

For a biographical movie, Kiseki : sobito of that day, was well presented.

The family dynamics, the way the two brothers were so different and yet a family, were nicely chosen as the focus of the drama, rather than the band. That said, the music was nice and it was interesting to find out how the actual band was created.

The cast is a all star one, so the perfrormances, as it is expected, were great.

So, overall, seven out of ten.

That's one of the most inspirational movie in my list

I don't understand why rating is so low as 6.6.

This movie is based on actual event, real inspiration, plots are very good and lastly musics are very very good.

I don't know anything about GReeeeN or never heard their songs previously but in only one time listen their song and I like to keep listening.
