In addition to the crisis in the hospital, I think it was a good plot point to incorporate a visit from Walter's parents and see how they responded to Walter and Sylvester. His father was more cold toward Walter than I anticipated, and his mother seemed to want to avoid conflict. I was surprised the father was extremely rude to Sylvester and commented on his childishness for having the items from his favorite show. Eventually, the parents realized how very much Sylvester loved their daughter and that he was with her even though they were not.
I enjoyed the way the team was able to balance compassion for individuals' needs while combating a life-threatening problem. It was rather harrowing to see the dangerous stunts Walter and Paige performed in order to return to Megan's room before it was too late to say good- bye.
There were some heart-warming moments as well - the view of the sky and stars that Sylvester prepared for Megan, Walter and his father working together to seal a contaminated room, and Walter squeezing Paige's hand while he talked to his family and friends...enjoy.

I do wish for a miracle for those who have MS, a terrible debilitating disease that effects the myelin sheath around nerves.
One never knows where or when death will occur with MS, in my case I had watched my daughter expire slowly, in my eyes I was useless in helping, helped as much in watching the programs we both of liked, I was with her when she took her last breath.
Arrivals a Departures brought back so many memories of her life.
I still can't say Goodbye.

These episodes "apply solutions" that only a Gifted few could Ever come up with.
Take the Show on THAT Basis and, Appreciate IT'S Genius.
As for this Episode, the ending with "I'll put on a cup of coffee" shows a Relation to ALL of us who have: either lost a loved one, or been estranged from someone close to us.
APPRECIATE And RESPECT this episode for bringing Out That!!!
Could the studio not afford to hire a botanist? How about a virologist? Microbiologist? Anyone who knows anything about fungi or bacteria? Or what steam would do to either? How about a physicist & what liquid nitrogen and plaster of paris?
I absolutely love this show but this episode sucked rocks, big time. Why? Because while my intelligence quotient isn't as high as any of the geniuses (but obviously higher than the waitress) I can relate to them; what they went through as children, issues with their relationships with their parents, difficulty in making friends or being understood by most people, getting picked last for sports, having odd interests, etc. So while I do NOT get most of what they are saying / doing, this episode was a huge disappointment because I did understand.
