Ross began his career as a professional touring drummer, supporting acts such as Primal Scream, Klaxons and Bloc Party. He set up and ran the sync department for the West London record label, Squarepeg from 2005 - 2010 concentrating on creative music supervision for advertising and branding projects.
He launched The Sound Works in 2010, a one stop shop for all music needs within media projects. Covering bespoke compositions, composer representation, creative music supervision, rights negotiation/clearance, mnemonics/sonic branding as well as re-records and sound design. Winning Cannes Gold Lions, British Arrows and Creative Circle awards for their work.
He also co-founded the boutique production music catalogue, Bibliotheque Music in 2015. Who strive to offer pre-cleared, commercial quality content, at production music rates.
