We have a brand new trailer for Spontaneous, which may be one of the more interesting ones to come our way in a long time. The latest from Paramount Pictures stars Katherine Langford and Charlie Plummer in what can only be described as a teen comedy with a totally bonkers premise. Described as "the most outrageous coming-of-age love story about growing up...and blowing up," it literally has teenagers, well, blowing up. And not just as a little gag. It seems the whole plot centers on this very specific device of young people dying suddenly, and not to mention violently.

The trailer kicks off with a few teenagers hanging out, talking vaguely filthy and leading seemingly normal lives. After a mysterious chemical plant explosion brings predatory mutants to a small town, a group of teens must fight for their survival when the creatures start to take over. Forced to hide out in the hallways of their local school, it’s a fight to the death as they battle an unknown illness that spreads, a shortage of food and water and random attacks by the freaky creatures.

AwesomenessTV will soon boast a title in Netflix’s streaming library. The YouTube multi-channel network’s comedy film Expelled, starring Viner Cameron Dallas, will debut on the streaming video-on-demand service on February 1, 2015.

In Expelled, Dallas (who boasts 6.8 million followers on Vine alone) stars as trouble-maker Felix, who gets kicked out of high school after pranking one too many times. Felix turns to his brother (fellow Vine star Marcus Johns), best friend (up-and-coming Instagram and Twitter personality Matt Shively), new friend (YouTuber and fellow AwesomenessTV talent Lia Maria Johnson), and classmate (Vine celebrity Andrea Russett) for help in convincing his parents he’s not only still in school, but also doing a great job at that.

Alex Goyette penned, produced, and directed Expelled, with Shauna Phelan (The Smosh Movie, Terry the Tomboy) and AwesomenessTV’s founder Brian Robbins on board as producers. Brett Bouttier (The Smosh Movie), Joe Davola (One Tree Hill,...
