A graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, Dennis has called New York City home ever since. He is an EMMY® and CLIO Award-winning writer, producer, and director of narrative fiction and promotional content, having created national campaigns for networks such as Peacock, AMC, Nickelodeon, IFC, Discovery, Disney, TV Land, WE TV, and Oxygen.
His short film Barrio Boy played at over 100 festivals worldwide including Outfest, NewFest, Frameline and The Iris Prize. The feature film version had its world premiere at the 2022 Iris Prize in Cardiff, Wales, and streaming in the U.S. on Peacock, Amazon, Apple TV, Tubi, Roku, YouTube and MyDekko as well as across multiple international platforms.
