I’ve always focused on upgrading my skills, and many moments have contributed to my journey. But the most defining moment was when Anuj Saxena entrusted me with his personal PR work — that’s when my career in public relations truly began. Another major milestone was working with producer Rajan Shahi on Sapna Babul Ka… Bidaai, followed by Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Then came iconic shows like Mahadev, Mahabharat, Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai!, and Anupamaa. Each project has been a meaningful chapter in my professional evolution. Handling two films Aloo Chaat (Aftab Shivdasani and Aamna Shariff) and Chase (Anuj Saxena and Udita Goswami) and handling Red Chillies TV Shows Ghar Ki Baat Hai (Juhi Babbar’s TV debut) and Simi Garewal’s India’s Most Desirable was a big high professionally.

Mumbai, March 7 (Ians) Actress Delnaaz Irani, who made a name with her roles in films such as Kal Ho Naa Ho, Dil Ne Jise Apna Kaha and Humko Deewana Kar Gaye, says she has never felt the pressure of competition. The actress adds that she always wanted to just concentrate on her work.

"When I joined the industry, it was very small. Firstly, there was no pressure of social media and no daily soaps were being made. There were a few directors and a handful of producers who used to make good serials. I started doing theatre and then serials, I took the most normal route and I never said I want to be an A-lister actress or a Yash Raj heroine. I took up acting as a hobby and it became my profession," she told Ians.

Actress Delnaaz Irani did not hesitate to take up the role of a mother, and says she has been wanting to play a conventional mother on screen for long.

Delnaaz is seen as Ashnoor Kaur's on-screen mother in web series "Pari", which is written by Vivek Khatri. The series also stars Jatin Lalwani and Arushi Handa.

"I have been wanting to do Ott for a very long time and when I got the narration of the story and character it was wonderful. I have been really wanting to play a conventional mother on screen," Delnaaz said.

"The character I'm essaying is the mother to the protagonist Pari. It is a story of a small town girl coming to Mumbai to fulfill her dreams and aspirations. My character is a typical small town and very protective mother. It is the typical emotion of mother and daughter shown," she added.

Milenge Milenge is a poor rehash of John Cussack – Kate Beckinsale starrer romantic comedy Serendipity (2001) that was about destiny bringing two lovers back together. But perhaps makers Boney Kapoor and Satish Kaushik were not as lucky to quickly encash on its success as their copy took a good seven years to come on screen. New Delhi, July 5 – Six years since it was launched, ex-couple Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor starrer ‘Milenge Milenge’ is finally set to see the light of the day Friday despite the differences between the duo.

Produced and distributed by Boney Kapoor at a budget of Rs.30 crore, the romantic comedy also stars Satish Shah, Kirron Kher and Delnaaz Paul.

Though it is coming after a long delay, director Satish Kaushik claims the film’s story is fresh and something not seen before.

‘The treatment is totally different and it has been very interestingly made. It has been shot in Delhi.

Ragging has become a major concern in India. So much so, that even tele-actors felt the need to raise voice against it.

Nsui has launched an anti ragging-campaign. The campaign aims at spreading anti-ragging awareness among students. It will be held in Mithi Bai and Nm College of Mumbai. Actors Rakeshh Paaul, Delnaz Paul and Rajeev Paul have also joined the campaign. They will also perform a small skit that talks about the destructive effect of ragging. It will be followed by a road show attended by a huge number of students who will enlighten the mass.
