Manoj Bajpai is one of the finest actors in Indian cinema. Known for projects such as Gangs of Wasseypur and The Family Man, Bajpai recently shared an incident from the early days of his wife, Neha Bajpai’s (formerly Shabana Raza) career. Neha is also a former actress who worked in movies such as Aatma and Acid Factory.

In the 1998 film Kareeb, directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, Neha, a newcomer at the time, found herself awkward during filming. According to Manoj, Neha was struggling with a particular scene, and out of frustration, Vidhu Vinod Chopra used an unconventional approach to get her attention.

Mumbai, March 9: What is the best way to reduce tension? Spending time with the family, says acclaimed actor Manoj Bajpayee.

"Getting candid with my family the best stress-buster. One look at them and I feel every trouble is worth it. Do you think so too?" -- tweeted Manoj who is married to actress Neha. The couple has a daughter.

Recently seen in different kind of roles in "Chakravyuh", "Special 26" and "Shootout at Wadala", the actor is known for getting under the skin of his character.

And he confesses that sometimes such involvement with his role makes it difficult for him to differentiate between reel and real.

"Switching between roles, I often get so into character that it gets difficult to differentiate.

Manoj, who was busy shooting Prakash Jha's film Aarakshan in Bhopal rushed down to Mumbai on Feb 23, to receive his bundle of joy. The week old baby girl has been named Ava Nayla Bajpayee. Now the reason behind such a name is that Manoj had earlier decided to name his daughter either Ava (bird) or Nayla (a great beginning).
