Shot as a mocumentary during the Cannes Film Festival, this film is in two parts. The first part was directed by Susan Shapiro in the streets of Cannes, shot by Dean Lent. Tthe second part was directed by Richard Martini - putting together the story in a slightly different way. The producer insisted that Richard take the credit for a film he had decided to not release. However Johan Schotte resurrected it, put it out on video 16 years later. We're all waiting for a streaming date for the film - which holds up after all these years as an accurate portrayal of the nonsense of the Cannes Film Festival in the 90's.
