I don't recommend this movie at,all even though I watched the whole thing. The reason being solely to wrote this review fairly. It wouldn't be fair to write the review if I stopped watching after 20min which what I wanted to do.
These kind of movies with very few characters and one location need to be really interesting to attract the audience through out the mo ie. This unfortunately is lacking in this movie. There is no particular chemistry between the two characters. The old story that has been milked over and over is the pivot of why the broke up. No reason for them to fall in love again.
The character of the wlman supposed to be this free spirit kind of hippester the devil may care one but unfortunately again that was a big fail from meg ryan to deliver. Similarly, the male character supposed to be this rasional almost up tight business guy who has logic before everything, again a big fail to deliver this.
I didn't feel one bit sympathy for these two who supposed to be having lost long love and discovering themselves again together.
I honestly see no quality in this movie, script, dialog, acting, music or directing.

I have never wanted to see a movie villain on the screen in any movie before, as much as I wanted to see more of Nicolas Cage on this movie.
Many people played Dracula in several movies before, but amazingly Nicolas Cage was able to give it a new dimension with his personality, fine acting and appearance.
As an audience, I really missed Nicolas Cage in the scenes that he was not there and I would wait for his parts hoping that he has more time on the screen.
The rest of the cast is chosen to match their characters and they did really well.
This is actually a pretty well put together horror (the gore type) and mixed with authentic original funny moments and situation comedy.
Nicholas Hoult did really well into convincing me that he is in fact what he claims to be. Awkwafina is hilarious as always. Brandon Scott Jones makes you laugh at almost anything he says, because the way he says them. Then the amazing Shohreh Aghdashloo which I think was a great chose for her role.
The only person I honestly did not think was funny is Ben Schwartz. I felt he was out of place and did not integrate into the atmosphere and the spirit of the movie. He failed a villain and failed to make me laugh either.
Totally recommend watching very amusing and fun.

Knowing that people working on offshore do not dress, talk, work like that ruined it for me. Yea they show people wearing helmets and reflexing vest but all other basic safety that are applicable in all oil rig seems to be missing in this show. Knowing for sure that anyone behaves like they show us in these episodes will immediately sent home with a huge scandal and failure in his or her carrier to ever work again on any rig onshore or offshore.
Now when it comes to acting it is very basic with no real emotions. Dialogs are more of an internal thought of the characters that in most cases do not really make me want to listen more to it.
When I finished the available episodes, I completely forgot about what was happening and not one single scene stayed in mind.
