Its a great Aussie Medical Drama and is like the American TV show "ER" and is more realistic than that It has a great cast of people since Terry Sullivan left last year and is doing well. And it should be on TV for years to come.As long as it doesn't get Americanised then it will probably get canceled cause no one likes when Aussie shows get over dramatized like ER. The actors who are in the show are young and have a bright. They should keep the show going for as long as possible. Bring on another 10 years of All Saints. They just need to keep it on in its usual time slot of 8:30pm on Tuesday nights and then they wont have a problem keeping there viewers

I thought it was terribly made it jumped about to much to many sub plots and when they were in Sydney the were showing American buildings and American number plates what idiots there is no point in watching it as they hadn't written a good script the idea was good but they needed to get a better script writer. They need to re make it with proper Aussie accents when there in Australia so they don't sound like there in england and the need to put up little titles telling you where in the world you are because they started in Australia then all of a sudden where not. I couldn't even sit through the whole movie because it lost me when they started flicking around to different countries without putting a sub heading telling you where you are.
