Really poor, held together by looking forward to Harrison Ford scenes.
The dialogue was truly awful, embarrassing at times. The film seems confused about what it wants Captain America to be, at times going to great lengths to state he has not taken super serum and is not Steve Rogers - only to then show in almost the very next scene him showing super strength. He is either a normal man with some gadgets, or he is a super soldier, you can't zigzag from one to the other and back again.
Some of the casting was poor and not believable, almost like extras given their big break to then fumble it.
Exposition in different parts felt forced and rushed, crowbarred in and points that they may have well stopped and stolen from Deadpool by directly talking to the audience, at least it would have been funny.
All in all - watch the trailer for Harrison Ford as Red Hulk, give the rest of the film a very wide birth!

To be honest, I think Guy Ritchie phoned this one in. Had the pieces to make a great movie but maybe he was forced into this one.
It was entertaining and I would watch a sequel, but there were a number of issues with this one which included cheap and cheesy dialogue, some poor fight sequences and improbable gun fight physics. Added together it feels like you have been a bit let down. Like you were promised Indiana Jones or National Treasure and instead received a shadow or cheap copy of them.
As I said, it is enjoyable, just could have been so much more had Guy Ritchie been bothered to add his usual skill and attention.

I wanted to like this series, I really did. I counted down the days until its release.
And then...well, I watched each episode thinking 'ok, benefit of the doubt, surely has to get better' - spoiler - it does not.
It just seems so lazily written, like we are watching the first draft of the script, before it has been improved, corrected and adequately researched.
That last point - research - it seems to either be missing entirely or simply ignored. There is enough lore, legend, and material that many of the mistakes could have been avoided by just watching what's available, rather than seemingly never paying attention and have it made by someone who had heard some stuff and decided to have a go.
