From the terrible Sheryl Crowe theme song to Brosnans anaemic interpretation of Bond this is a hideous film. Down there with Moonraker as the very worst of Bond. It's clear to anyone and everyone that Brosnan doesn't do his own stunts. Every thing he does looks fake. From the way he holds a gun to his run even his striding coquettish walk. The by the numbers script doesn't help and Pryce makes for a laughable threat free villain. His henchman a sort of Billy Idol lookalike is so scrawny his only means of menace is to scowl at Bond as he escapes yet again. The main female protagonist excels in her fight scenes but that's really it. Brosnan almost succeeded in killing Bond more effectively than all the Blofelds and Goldfingers put together. I can't believe he's out in the media presently touting himself as a more mature Bond when he was so awful in the role. If you haven't already watched this fiasco my advice is dodge it like a bullet.

What a load of utter pap. From horrible acting to dreadful dialogue and dreary unrealistic CGI Aquaman has it all. Is this what modern cinema is all about. I'm of an age that can still remember how good cinema was. A film that left you thinking days after you left the cinema. A film you re watch again and again. I stopped watching this after Amber Heard told the titular Aquaman that she had " diplomatic status " to Atlantis. Was it a weed smoking teenager that wrote this. Aside from laughing at how bad Aquaman is with people at work I doubt I'll even remember having seen this guff fest in a couple of days. I've no idea who enjoys films like this ? However since it made a ton of money the producers will no doubt keep churning them out. Hollywood lest we not forget, is a business.
