The other posted reviews have said almost it all.
We gradually see Mr. Trump becoming The Donald.
Did anyone else notice the scene where Trump went before a New York City commission asking for taxes to be dropped on his proposed hotel. During an adjourment when Roy Cohn was apparently privately threatening the Chair of the tax abatement board, the latter said something about "decency"?
"I've heard that before," Cohn says.
Historical note: Cohn was apprentice to Sen. Joe McCarthy. The Senator was bought down during the Army-McCarthy hearings when out of nowhere he attacked young Boston lawyer Fred Fisher.
"At long last, Senator," Welch said, "have you no sense of decency?"
That began the end of McCarthy's power.
