I don't fault the marketing team-if anything, they deserve an award for making this film look like a masterpiece. But it's hard not to feel tricked by a trailer that sold an entirely different experience.

Ultimately, Amira is a case study in how a great trailer can't save a bad movie. While it's fine to set expectations high, there's a fine line between teasing excitement and outright misrepresenting the final product. Unfortunately, this movie crossed that line.

Mikey was incredible though - she was the light in a Jerry Springer esque 2nd Act. Bakers films do lend to the realities of how stuff would most likely go down but this film never quite hits the mark....sadly.

This film was good. Enjoyable but hard not to keep thinking about the "client list" of Epsteins island. Imagine who's on it. This movie gives insight to that.... Anybody and everybody...people are truly sick and this movie does not land far from many truths. See it for yourself. I enjoyed the slower pacing as you watch the story slowly unfold like a blooming flower. I usually don't care for Canning Tatum but he wasn't bad in this. I think Zoe's first effort was solid but hopefully she will continue to hone her craft. Curious to see what she does next. This film isn't perfect but was not a waste of time.

This film is amazing. Off the charts in all facets, directing, acting, cinematography, it's all there. Buckle up as this movie wastes no time delivering the goods! I could not believe this was a Lifetime movie this should have been released in theatres!!!! This could have swept the Oscar's but I'm guessing politics got involved, don't let that bother you, make the time to watch this powerhouse of a film. You will forget you are watching a movie with the incredible realism on display here. The sister and her estranged boyfriend's chemistry is palpable and feels ultra real. I won't spoil anything but this movie grabs you and doesnt let go until the credits roll!!!
