Well, giving it a 10 , because it has an unbelievably low average mark :P In the fourth stage, the animation is better, the plot is well, along the lines of the rest of the initial d series. I just loved the fourth stage, it looks very beautiful, the humor is great, and the races are top notch, and the tension is high, I loved it, I was so thrilled watching it. I don't know how great it would be if I hadn't seen the previous stages, but for me, the series improves, each stage is getting better :) Conclusion, great anime with great visuals and terrific sound (Both the cars and the music) and well, whats not to love here ;) waiting for stage 5 definitely.
Actually I think it was the first normal Action Block Buster :P Because after xXx:2 this movie just rocks ;) OK I don't think that the movie was realistic, but because I don't know much about the stuff they showed, I actually don't care, and that aside it was quite fun. Not a great movie and not a bad movie, its just a brainless entertainment movie for people who like to watch stuff go fast and blow ;) but thats just my opinnion....I'm starting to think I liked this movie because this has been a poor year for movies like this, and the last I saw was xXx:2, which this movie was better than xXx:2 (mentioned the movie xXx:2 a lot of times :) but thats because I hated that movie :) )
I think it was a very good movie, because it is very stylish and very watchable. I enjoyed watching this movie and I liked the main character (Vin Diesel) There should be more movies like this! I saw Alone in the dark, and you could say : "thats how the movies shouldn't be", but about xXx you could say : "now thats a good action movie". :)
It had very good screenplay, I think that Rob Cohen is a good director. Maybe the movie did seem unrealistic, but it sure was good fun. Of course the movie wasn't rated very good, because its like "just" another action movie, but movies like this are made for fun, and people are supposed to enjoy them. Because to tell the truth. Lord of the Rings was pretty boring, I better watch movies like this than Lord of the ring.
