I am not sure why but my expectations for this film were much higher than this film delivered in the end. Although there was something off with acting right from the beginning, I kind of liked the atmosphere. A bit of lynchian, a bit of trash horror feel. Unfortunately, the story went nowhere. I knew that this storyline doesn't lead to a classic Hollywood ending with everything explained and resolved but this was one of these films where the film just ends and you sit in the front of your screen and think really!?!? This is it!? So, Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this film to anyone except die hard fans of lynchian movies even if they suck big time.

This film is actually about unhealthy relationship and its dynamics. That silly device that beeps when Scott turns north is the least problem Susanna have. It was quite unpleasant experience getting to know Scott through this film, self absorbed, emotionally unavailable, probably a narcissist. Almost from the first minute of the film I got that feeling, what is she doing with him - seems there is no chemistry or enough respect. Maybe Susanna is also not perfect but her sarcastic comments are probably just a reaction to his constan belittling her. The most surprising thing is they stayed together although a viewer can not see a visible glue that keeps them together.

This feels like an episode of Navy CIS, but Navy CIS has better standards in acting. So many of this film revolves around government offices. Actors are extremely unconvincing. Harrison Ford has some painful facial expression during the whole movie like he was forced to take this role. Everything feels cheap and the story is very thin and forgettable. There was some big action scene which, I was hoping, was final fight and movie is approaching to an end but no. There was almost half an hour more of greetings and saying goodbyes, completely unnecessary. It's hard to understand why Marvel films suddenly feel so low budget. I didn't like them all but at least they looked good.
