love this series though normally I don't like bloody shows. It puts you on edge for most part. It started strong, but it seems they run out of ideas on some episodes. All characters were great though on some parts Debra gave me headache.... I feel like they pushed the character too hard on the love part that the character was annoying sometimes.

I agree with most of the past commentators. This film is a half-sequel, half-remake. So many elements were simply copied from the original film. I'm sure the filmmakers considered this homage, but it comes off as a lack of ideas. And we won't even go into the monumental plot holes. Gigantic plot holes. Brobdingnagian plot holes. And while I hadn't previously noted the enormous amount of glass breaking, until reading the comments, yes, I'd have to say they made it more or less a motif of the film. Murphy and Nolte did reasonably well resurrecting their respective characters, and there were some truly funny moments, and truly snappy repartee. But it's not enough to save this one. If you liked the original film (and who didn't) you should probably see this one, just don't have high expectations for it.
After watching two seasons I have mixed feelings about Wayward Pines. It all started very promising with a lot of mysteries and questions. You constantly had that feeling of what's going on. The idea is good, but the unraveling of the story is just too quick. Normally I don't like stories where they try to drag it out as long as possible but in Wayward Pines I think they are going too fast. Season one could have been at least two or three seasons long. With all the mysteries you had, you could easily made more seasons and still be interesting. Now you get quick answers and it doesn't do any good to the series. The actors are okay without being great. All in all I had fun watching this series, but the beginning was just much better then the rest. If they make a third season I will probably watch it in the hope it gets better again.
