Let's face it, this movie is not a stellar, high value production like a box-office movie, and the storyline is quite simple and predictable in a way. However, I have a soft spot (or maybe crush) on the main character , Ibo and he delivered a persona of an introverted, filial son but secretive with his sexuality, and I can relate to that. And what he did when Ali left the apartment is pretty much what I would do if I'm interested to someone, and some other things as well. Meanwhile, his counterpart, Ali is really an opposite of Ibo but I wasn't really irritated with his character which is a good thing. But, the precious Ibo is always there for his troubles.

Like other reviewer said, Ibo (Cem Alkan) lighted up with his presence in this movie, and I second that, I just love his demeanors and I wish I could have an 'Ibo' for myself. And I also wonder why he hasn't continued his career onscreen (as per IMDB listing) because I wish I could see him in another production just to see him in different light. This is still a mystery to me.

In overall, there were some cringe moments, but I still thoroughly enjoyed this movie. Good for light entertainment on weekend morning I would say.

I have to say this movie is like 1 in a Million, because of the emotional roller coaster I had when watching it. I was intrigued, sad, happy and sometimes excited. I don't think this is a 'mainstream' movie because it is such an acquired taste. Only people who appreciate all the details in this movie would understand why it was depicted that way. The most poignant moment for me is, when Bruno argued about the existence of Peter Pan, and that was genius, and people who skipped here and there along this movie wont find all these amazing moments. For someone complaining about the gritty apartment would realize love does not only belongs to the rich people.Finally, for who dispute how these guys support their life (as if they were not working) would realize, a lot of the scenes were taken during evening or at night which explained the dark backdrop.

I was skeptical at first when I read the synopsis before watching this movie. I thought it would be something just like other atypical movie that tried so hard to be different that everything fell apart. Instead, this movie has seen so much emotion that I found to be very emphatic, at least to me. Every scene has detailed emotions that I would be doing the same thing if I am going to be in that situation. About meeting internet friends, I have done that for several times, a thousands of miles away from home, and I have welcomed several net friends to my place, and therefore, the experience of this movie was trying to portray is pretty much the same what I have had before, but minus the romance. The feeling when we were parted indescribable. I was about to cry myself when I left my friend in the airport.After all, it is all the same. This movie really had moved me in some ways, because some of my experiences were on screen. The only gripe, maybe the movement of the movie is a little bit slow at times, but I really appreciate the emotion and character brought into this movie. If you are still hesitate to watch this movie, just give it a try. Hasta luegos.
