Please do yourself a favor and do not listen to the critics! This film is fantastic! Rosa Salazar does an incredible job making Alita such a memorable, relatable, and lovable character. Same for Chistoph Waltz who plays Ido.
Overall the acting, world building, story, and action are amazing. Plus the CGI is cutting edge is insanely realistic looking! Before this leaves theaters do yourself a favor and go see it!
I don't usually review titles on IMDb, but this must be an exception. I personally have read the book (many times) and I can safely say that this movie is almost exactly like the book. This movie was outstanding; both the casting and acting were very well done. And the chemistry between Charlie and Sam make the movie almost seem real. Its movies like this that prove there is still a glimpse of hope in a time of mindless brain-dead scripts. The story is deep, emotional, and keeps you watching the whole time and not wanting it to end. I am very glad that Stephen Chbosky (author of the book) was able to direct/write this movie because of how accurate and amazing it was. If you have not seen The Perks of Being a Wallflower then you definitely should, soon. I hope it gets the popularity it deserves and wins best film next year at the Oscars.
I remember playing this game when it first came out in 1999 on the Dreamcast and thinking how intense/scary it was compared to RE 1 and 2. Resident Evil 3 takes place in Raccoon city (before and after RE 2) and you play as S.T.A.R.S member Jill Valentine who is desperately trying to escape. You meet a few characters along the way and some interesting enemies including Umbrellas new monster Nemesis who's only mission is to kill the remaining S.T.A.R.S members. The game is full of fun challenging puzzles way better then the other games in my opinion. And for its time had incredible cut scene graphics. To this day this game is my favorite video game of all time. Every time I play it its just as interesting as the first. 10/10
