This sequel works better then the first movie GSI. Its an easier narrative and also has more suspense. The action is also better directed/written then it was in GSI. As downside it doesn't work completely on its own but must be viewed after GSI. It also isn't as well-made as the the 3 original Johan Falck movies. It does lack the the end twist Anders Nilsson successfully created in Executive Protection and The Third Wave.

But this is a fresh alternative (and better) to other Swedish police movies (Beck and Wallander) That makes me want to see the rest of the series.

It also feels a lot more realistic then most other police movies. And Joel Kinnaman works very good for the movie, as does the rest of the cast. Highly recommended.

POTC AWE Its just to much. It has to many characters that doesn't get the screen time they need.

Instead they gives us over the top action sequences. Over and over again. DMC had already this problem with the first hour totally pointless. Sure Depp can be fun to watch but they have already shown the Jack Sparrow character can run funny. We don't need to see that again.

In the end I've lost track what the movie was really about.

And the end fight on the ship (the Swann-Turner-Barbossa scene) destroyed the movie. How cheesy wasn't that scene.

The first 2 were OK movies and I really liked the Bill Turner, Davy Jones, Lord Cutler Beckett and Norrington characters. To bad they didn't get enough screen time. Compared to them the lead cast felt like supporting characters.

Well i never understand when people say about other movies like "The best Swedish police film since Man on the roof..."

How can anybody like this movie? First of all it haven't aged very well. The action is really lame.

The dialog seems to been written of a five year old. When police officers says lines like "we going in with attack police" The term does not exist and no real officer would use a name like that.

And the Heli-attack!!! What was that, do any sane people hang under a helicopter hoovering over a roof top when a guy armed with assault rifles and so on is hiding on it. And that he really hates police officers!!!

And the scene when 10 officers spray the rooftop with automatic fire in hope to hit the gunman. Hey they are in central Stockholm, how many innocent people would not they killed with all of those strayed bullets?

And the ending is in class with a children's movie. Never seen anything that bad before.

Think this movie more reflect how the extreme left in Sweden during the 70is viewed the police than its reflect how real police work works.
